Went in to buy some new balls for a septum piercing they have given me and I wasn't made aware of a no returns policy 40 dollars for Two septum balls and they are too big ... I was only shown on a a piece of jewelry that was a bigger diameter so I had no real reference for my size in comparison, I won't be shopping here again. This place will give you a good pricing but just over the fact they didn't give me a good comparison with my size . Not on this place is to expensive to put that off

I had my first piercings done today at Ninjaflower. The service exceeded my expectations and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a piercing. The entire team were lovely and welcoming. Zac was super thorough, ensuring that I was across all the aftercare, as well as answering all my questions. Scott, who did the piercings, was incredible! He was so communicative during the entire process, really cared about getting the placement correct and checked in throughout to ensure I was okay. The space was airy, calm and clean.

I had quite literally the best piercing experience of my life here getting my vertical labret done. Not only were the other staff so kind and helpful in explaining how to take care of my jewellery, but Scott the piercer was just an amazing human to be pierced by, so knowledgeable and kind. Felt like everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed on what was happening.

They are slick and “professional”. However I would highly recommend you take someone with you to help agree on the piercing location. I went through a whole planning exercise a few days before with these people (photos/ dots on the lobe where I wanted the piercing/ all agreed) and thought they would follow the plan. Instead on the day they put a mark on my ear, I was given a little hand held mirror and asked if the mark was in the correct place. Honestly it’s not possible to accurately tell with a hand held mirror (or even trying to look in a mirror, comparing one side to the other). I just said I think so, so long as it’s as per the planning photo and they are symmetrical. They said it was. So I went ahead. However it was about 3mm or more away from the spot compared to the photo plan. Markedly different to the other side and definitely not symmetrical. But once it’s done, it’s too late! I went home and after a photo of each side to compare and another person to help judge, I was so disappointed and decided I had to take one out and wait the 4 weeks for healing and start again. Very very disappointing. I made sure to bring a trusted companion along the next time who had to be quite assertive to ensure it was put it where I wanted it. Happy in the end. But a time consuming and expensive way to get what you want. So just heed my advice and don’t go without a buddy to make sure you walk out with what you want. They are a good safe place. But you need another set of eyes.

I’m so happy with my experience at ninjaflower, getting four new ear piercings in the last few months. The people here are amazing. They measured my ear, made suggestions on jewellery, and ordered in rings- Becky picked them and they’re gorgeous! I got clear aftercare instructions with follow up texts. Scott has great communication during, nothing was a surprise and everything was super clean. Can’t wait for these to heal so I can go through it all again.
